For the Love of Zion is a registered non-profit organisation based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Born out of a deep conviction that every person — regardless of background or circumstance — carries the dignity and worth of God's creation, we exist to serve the vulnerable and uplift the forgotten. Since our founding, we have walked alongside families facing hunger, unemployment, and hardship, offering not just material support, but hope, dignity, and community. Guided by the values of ubuntu — I am because we are — we believe that lasting change happens when a community comes together with one heart and one purpose. We are not just an organisation. We are a family.
What We Do
Feeding Families, Restoring Hope
Every week, our Food Relief programme reaches hundreds of families across Johannesburg who face the daily reality of hunger. Through food parcels, community meals, and emergency assistance, we ensure that no neighbour goes without. Each act of giving carries the power to restore not just bodies — but dignity, hope, and a sense of belonging. Because when you feed someone, you remind them that they matter.
